Eligibility Criteria

The facility of online filing is available to all the services:

You should have 15 digit STP Code (PAN based or Temp No.) and have been using the same in your challans from Sept. 2002 to March 2003. If you don't have a fifteen digit STP code,please get it from the jurisdictional Central Excise/ Service Tax Office.
